Simplicity Healing Participates in All For Oxford Wellness Retreat

On March 27th, Simplicity Healing is pleased to join All For Oxford Resiliency Center, a Common Ground Helps Program of Oxford, Michigan, in a wellness retreat for the community's students. Bridget Baird, a Certified Meditation and Sound Healing Practitioner, will provide a Sound Healing Meditation that encourages mental, physical, and spiritual healing. The Oxford Community is very dear to our hearts, and we are honored to join them in supporting their community.

All For Oxford Resiliency Center, a Common Ground Helps Program, is for anyone struggling from the tragic event that happened at Oxford High School to come to for help and community connection. They meet each person where they are with the understanding that we all have unique reactions to traumatic events and heal at our own pace. Services include therapy, connection to resources, Victim Navigator support, and advocacy. They even host community events like this Wellness Retreat, as well as offering weekly classes. Simplicity Healing is honored to join All For Oxford on March 27th, 2024, for their Wellness Retreat beginning at 10:15 am and ending at 4:15 pm. The day consists of Yoga, Mindful Movement, Mindfulness, and Journaling. Bridget will provide the Sound Healing Meditation portion of the retreat beginning at 3:15 pm! Individuals may stay all day or attend events that fit their schedule. This event is available for ages 14+.

Simplicity Healing is excited to share the profound practice of Sound Healing and Meditation with this community. The combination of the healing frequencies and Bridget's guided meditation will provide individuals an opportunity to relax, recalibrate their nervous system, and gently go inward to lovingly support themselves through any emotional, physical, or spiritual emotion they may be experiencing.
