How long is a typical healing session, and how many sessions are recommended?

The duration of a session may vary depending on the modality and your specific needs. Generally, sessions are between 60 to 90 minutes. The number of sessions recommended will depend on your individual goals and the nature of your concerns. Our practitioners can provide guidance during your consultation.

Is there anything I need to do to prepare for a healing session?

It's helpful to wear comfortable clothing and come with an open mind. Before the session, you may want to set an intention for your healing experience. It's also recommended to avoid heavy meals and stimulants right before your session to enhance relaxation.

Do you offer gift certificates for your healing services?



Yes, we offer gift certificates for all our healing services. You may either buy a service-based gift card for the value of that service offering, or any dollar increment of you choosing that can be used towards any of our healing services.

Yes, all our practitioners are certified and experienced in their respective healing modalities. They are dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing space for your healing journey.

Can I combine different healing modalities in one session?



Absolutely! We understand that everyone's needs are unique. Many clients find benefit in combining modalities for a more comprehensive and personalized healing experience. Simplicity offers affordable customized plans tailored to each individual. You may discuss your preferences with your practitioner during your consultation, or if you are just getting started and wish to learn more, you may book a personal consultation with Simplicity’s Healing Service Consultant.

What if I have specific health concerns or conditions?



Please inform your practitioner of any health concerns or conditions during the consultation. Our practitioners will take this information into consideration to ensure a safe and tailored healing experience.

What is your cancellation policy?



In the event an appointment must be changed or canceled, we do ask for a 24-hour notice from the time of your appointment.
