Being a graduate of Irene’s Myomassology Institute, Brenna is trained in many techniques and modalities, but loves to focus on relaxation massage, reflexology, Thai massage, and reiki energy healing.  
Having been a dancer all her life, Brenna  naturally incorporates her creative arts experience into a most beautiful and  graceful flow for her every massage.

She also mindfully tailors each massage to the clients needs with ease and flow. It is her belief that everyone benefits from the peaceful relaxation and comfort of therapeutic massage, both physically and mentally.

Melissa is a lifelong Rochester local, and graduate of Irene’s Myomassology Institute. Her areas of interest and practice include reflexology, fascia therapy, craniosacral therapy, and polarity. She often utilizes a variety of techniques from these modalities in her work. Her background as a dancer also helped shape her fascination with bodywork, and the importance of listening to your own body. She is also interested in energy work and has been meditating and intently working with energy in her own life for the past 2 years. During this time, she came to understand that healing takes form physically, emotionally and energetically.

Ally is a passionate Licensed Massage Therapist, trained at Irene's Myomassology Institute in techniques like Reflexology and Trigger Point Therapy, with a focus on Pregnancy & Postpartum work. Transitioning from corporate leadership to massage, she embraces a holistic approach to enhance well-being. Outside work, she enjoys Yoga, Meditation, and exploring Herbalism, with plans to further specialize in maternal health.

Erika is a licensed massage therapist with a varied skill set including Thai massage, CranioSacral therapy, and aromatherapy, grounded in her studies from Irene’s Myomassology Institute and additional certifications in yoga and Reiki. Committed to holistic healing, she supports clients' mental, physical, and emotional well-being through her fluid massage style. Beyond her therapeutic work, Erika's passions extend to dance, art, fitness, and occasional modeling.

Elise is a seasoned yoga instructor, with 500 hours of training including authentic courses from AYM Rishikesh, India. Yoga has been her discipline since childhood, offering her a way to connect with her body and manage stress. In her classes, she emphasizes yoga's breadth beyond physical postures, focusing on breath and personal space. She aims to create a safe, accepting environment for all to explore their yoga practice, whether to relax, flow, or simply be.

Bridget is a certified, highly experienced, and knowledgablep \ractitioner, having trained extensively in a wide variety of meditation and mindfulness techniques. She deeply understands the power of meditation to radically change lives, and she is passionate about helping others connect with themselves and awaken to their full potential.
In addition to her meditation services, she offers sound healing andcrystal healing. Her passion for helping others is evident in her work as a personal development coach, giving individuals the awareness and support to lean into their best versions.

Isabel chose the career path of becoming a yoga instructor to spread the light that this science can offer to others. She completed two 200-hour courses of yoga teacher training at White Lotus Yoga and Samastah and added an additional 300 hours in 2019 having submerged herself in the rich roots of this ancient medicine from AYM Rishikesh, India, in 2019.   She is also currently studying to be Certified in Yoga Therapy.  Isabel says that her passion for this practice will continue to fuel her longing of knowledge in this field. Her intentions for teacher are to give others the tools to heal themselves, experience their true bliss, and live their happiest lives.

Kristen has been a leader within many diverse spiritual practices since a young age. It was an intense period of spiritual transformation that brought her to finally accept her lifelong psychic gifts and begin to connect to the Divine in a more meaningful way. Gradually she found that her natural ability to connect with the angels and her ability to sense, feel and see energy and receive intuitive guidance was a gift that life wanted her to embrace to help others. It is Kristen’s passion to support her clients on their own journeys of awakening, healing, and learning to love themselves. Kristen also works as a job coach for adults with developmental disabilities and teaches yoga. When she is not working, Kristen enjoys spending time with her husband and cats, taking walks in the woods, and writing.

Victoria has a never-ending passion for empowering others to improve their quality of life, using natural modalities. Her experience with supporting and caring for her mother who has Alzheimer’s has advanced her skills and knowledge of nutrition and other alternative practices. Victoria has been told that the love she has for working with others, as well as supporting them through their health journey, is a true inspiration. She believes that together we can rise to become the best version of ourselves.

As a Nurse with over 30 years of experience, Andrea has come to understand that our bodies are so much more than a mix of mechanical and chemical processes and are much healthier and whole through the optimization of mind, body and spiritual health.  Hence, unsatisfied with the current mainstream healthcare, Andrea pursued studies in holistic approaches for sustainable health including Ayurveda, TCM, Homeopathy and various energy medicines. Biofield Tuning is one of many holistic modalities that actually found Andrea!  She was called to the practice and became officially certified in 2018.  Her mission is to assist other in their own journey to wellness and help them reach their full potential by teaching them to take control of their own path to healing.

Laura counts it an honor to have been working in the health care field for over 18 years earning and maintaining dual licensure as a Physical Therapist  and Massage Therapist. However, she found her passion working with the subtle fields of the human body, mind, and spirit while studying CranioSacral Therapy and a dialoging style known as Healing From the Core. Laura’s personal and practice philosophy is that 'until we learn to connect energetically to our body’s inner wisdom, we’ll continue to believe that outside forces are responsible for our pain and suffering'. Working in unison with the subtle energies of the body as a person is dialoging or simply receiving a session to balance out the chaos of life, a client has greater likelihood of lasting transformation and shift from outdated life patterns.  

Kelly, with a Fine Arts and Metals degree, ran her own jewelry business for seven years before switching to horse training. Combining her interest in psychology with her affinity for horses, she's now a certified Equine Specialist with over 25 years of experience. She leverages the intuitive nature of horses to help clients stay present and gain transformative insights. Kelly offers her expertise and horsemanship at Matador Farms in Metamora, providing a unique and impactful experience for her clients.
